Activities and Sponsored Events
Club 21 sponsors many activities throughout the calendar year:

During Regional Competition

Club 21's Annual Show on Thursday night of competition featuring the fabulous Club 21 Chorus, under the direction of Club 21 Musical Director Kim Hulbert, past and present Region 21 quartet champions, Queens of Harmony, and guest quartets. With so much local, regional talent, this is a show you don't want to miss! Yes, it really is "in the water" in Region 21! Funds received from this event help send our Region 21 competing quartets to International.

Young Women in Harmony

Club 21 is also a proud sponsor of the Young Women in Harmony Program, providing an annual donation and performance opportunity at our pre-competition Business Meeting.

Fall Educational Event

To fulfill our mission of promoting and providing musical education to all members of Region 21 as well as other Regions, Club 21 conducts a FALL educational event each year. One of the highlights of this event is the opportunity for Region 21 members (and others)to receive Individual Vocal Instruction (IVIs) from highly qualified Club 21 members. Quartet coaching is also provided, as well as classes with far-ranging topics. Vocal production, visual performance, music selection, the judging categories - these are only a few of the subjects covered by the Club 21 faculty. Recent additions to this Fall Event that received rave reviews from seminar participants included the Quartet Makeover and Build-A-Quartet voice-matching event, Novice Quartet Contest & YWIH Quartet Contest.

A Saturday Night Show is also a big part of this weekend featuring the Novice Quartet winner, YWIH Quartet winner, and the Star Chorus. Along with the fabulous Club 21 Chorus, past and present Region 21 quartet champions, and Queens of Harmony will also be entertaining on the Show. This is an educational event that you won't want to miss.

Club 21 Charge

The Club 21 Charge, held every spring, is a members only educational event at which Club 21 members receive training in developing and providing the educational content of the upcoming Fall Regional Meeting. Past Club 21 Charges have also included the recording of Club 21's CD, Let's Sing Again! Annual show rehearsals also take place at the Charge.
